Mystery Research Club and Dance Club
Talk to the school president. When you have the option to choose the evidence in the police officer's case, show one the videos from the scene to the president.
After the interview is over, go to the staff room, approach the desk and examine the photograph in search mode.
Head to the gym and talk to the girl. After a short cutscene, the fight with the students will begin. Some of them will have baseball bats. Deal with them first by taking away their weapons with the Circle/B.
Go to the front desk and then approach the bulletin board. When talking to the girl, select the Flee dialogue option first and then Negotiate.
In search mode, examine the flyer hanging in the lower right corner on the bulletin board. The next time you talk to a girl, choose the answer How about I become your club advisor? Then follow her to the club headquarters.
Choose Ask about the Mystery Research Club first and then Ask about the test. Then ask about the case the girl is dealing with by selecting the Ask about the risky case dialogue option. To end the conversation, select Begin the test and follow the girl to the dance club.
In the conversation with the dance club president, choose Do something unexpected, followed by What if you threw in some kung-fu?
A mini-game will begin in which you will have to press the appropriate buttons to charge the meter. After completing the quest, School Stories will unlock.
Fight with Senpai Leader
Go to the markers on the map to find the student. After entering the 3rd floor of the school, you will be attacked by several opponents.
Once you jump out of the window, walk along the windowsill to the left and then jump up the pipes to the roof of the building. Go right and pick up the item lying there, then go left and use the pipes to go down.
When a fight starts, immediately take the strongest opponent's weapon and then deal with the rest of enemies. Finally, defeat the Senpai Leader.
The skill called EX Waking Wrath will be helpful in this fight. Go to Skills on your phone and purchase the skill for 5000 SP from the Abilities tab. If you're knocked out, press triangle/Y when it appears on the screen. Yagami will then perform a special punch that deals a lot of damage.
After winning the fight, go to the staff room again and examine the small photograph hidden behind the picture. Then return to president Okuda's room.
