Unlocking the quest
You unlock this quest after taking over the Namihara Shrine, at the end of Chapter 3. A quest marker should automatically appear on the map.
You receive this quest from the Shop Owner.
Go to the cemetery
The cemetery is marked green on the map - after arriving you must eliminate all Visitors.
The foes resembling flying puppets are the most troublesome here due to their bombardment attack. It's heavily telegraphed so you can block in advance or hide behind cover, like a building wall. Use heavy attacks to eliminate them ASAP.
Find the diamond
The diamond you're looking for can be found next to the tombstone pictured above, you'll recognize it due to the corruption covering its lower half. Break the hand seal to cleanse it. Completing the mini-game will summon the ghost of the diamond's ower - talk to him to finish the quest.
