On this page of the trophy guide to Ghostwire Tokyo, you can find a description of the Couldn't Take with Heat achievement - you will learn how to defeat 3 Visitors simultaneously by detonating a red ether crystal.

You can get this trophy during one of the larger battles, preferably those taking place on separate arenas. An ideal example is the battle that begins after you encounter Hyakki Yako - a cluster of Visitors. After approaching a group of enemies, the main character will be caught and transported to another dimension.

During the fights, look for levitating red crystals - an example is shown in the picture.

Stand near the red crystal, wait for a few enemies to approach and use any ranged attack (e.g. Wind Weaving) to hit and detonate the crystal. You will get the achievement if the enemies were close enough to the crystal and little to no health to die right away.
