Unlocking the quest
You can start this mission after completing chapter 2 - after completing objectives in the Hirokawa Shrine. A quest marker should automatically appear on the map.
The quest giver is a Small Business Owner - the spirit can be found next to a parked truck.
Find the office building
The building you're looking for is the one where Corruption is spreading. Use spectral vision to "scan" the Corruption and expose the heart, its weak point. Use Wind Weaving to hit this spot and get rid of the Corruption. You will be able to use the entrance to the building.
Search for clues about people disappearing
There are 3 tracks to be located in different parts of the building. In addition to locating them, you must also look out for the new centers of Corruption (find hearts again by scanning) and Visitors (you can kill them with surprise attacks or in direct combat). There is optional loot and collectibles in the building - search and scan it carefully.
Clue 1 can be found after destroying the source of corruption that you encounter shortly after you start exploring the building. The file (Overtime Policy Complaint) is lying on the red carpet.
Clue 2 is on the upper floor. You will be attacked by a Visitor with an umbrella (Rage Walker) while using the stairs. Use charged attacks when your opponent is hiding behind the umbrella and keep it at bay.
Reach the two new Corruptions. Find their hearts to destroy them and unlock the passage. You will find another collectible (Open Office Plan Complaint) lying on the floor in the toilets.
Clue 3 is also on the upper floor, but first you have to deal with a larger group of Visitors. After the fights, enter the room with a large corrupted tree. Find its weak spot with the spectral vision and destroy it.
The third quest item (Frustration with Promotion) will be on the table. The only thing left for you to do is leave the building and talk to the quest giver.
