The Diablo series is very popular, so it's not surprising that gamers are counting on Diablo 4 being added to the Xbox Game Pass subscription. On the following page, we discuss whether the game will be available in the Microsoft's subscription service.

Currently, the developers have informed that Diablo 4 will not be released in the Game Pass subscription on day one, i.e. June 6, 2023.

However, it is possible that the game may become part of the service in the future. Certainly, much will depend on the finalization of the acquisition of Activision Blizzard by Microsoft, but even this does not guarantee that the game will be made available in the subscription service.
