There are 4 Altars to discover in Kotama Grasslands.
Altar #19 is located on the northern border of the Dry Steppes near the road at the edge of the map leading to the Scosglen area. The Fetid Pit cellar is nearby.
Altar #2 can be found near the passage to the Tuusma Rift. It is blocked by a rock.
Altar #29 is at the end of a small cave. The Arid Tunnel cellar is nearby.
Altar #3 can be found near the passage to the Dindai Flats. This altar lies under a small cliff and is easy to spot.

There are 2 Altars to discover in Tuusma Rift.
Altar #21 can be reached by following a winding path that starts in Kotama Grasslands. It's easy to spot - it's between the rocks.
The path leading to Altar #1 is the same as the one to the Dark Ravine dungeon. You have to climb a wall to get to it.

Altar #20 is at the end of a small cave near Dry Steppes.
Altar #22 can be found at the end of a dead end street near Tuusma Rift. One road leads to it with several places for climbing.
Altar #33 is located near the path leading to Jakha Basin. To reach it, you have to overcome several platform sections. It's hidden behind a tree.
Altar #27 is near the Onyx Watchtower (west of it). It is at the end of the road, at the edge of a rock.
The Onyx Watchtower

The Onyx Watchtower contains one Altar.
Altar #26 is in a small cave in the south-eastern part of the Onyx Watchtower. Destroy the tree trunk and go under the hole to the cave with the altar.

Altar #12 can be found just off the path leading to Khargai Crags. It is in a wooden building that probably once served as a stable for horses.
Altar #14 is near the path leading to Untamed Scarps. You will find it by the rock in a location with a tent and s several torches.
Altar #15 is right next to the passage to the Accursed Wastes. It's on a rocky hill.
The Accursed Wastes

Altar #31 can be found at the western edge of the map. It is hidden behind the top part of the grotto.
Altar #4 is in the eastern part of the Scarred Coast. To get to it, you have to climb a rocky hill.
Altar #5 is right by the strait connecting the Frozen Sea to the Twin Seas. It is located in the dark area of the map.
Altar #6 can be found near the long path leading to Kehjistan. It is in a dead end hidden between the rocks.
