It is necessary that you take cover

AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE take the nearest cover because, right after you examine the officer's body, there will appear a Panzer IV tank around. If you do not hurry, you may find yourself under fire from the tank and it is easy to die here. The enemy tank starts patrolling this area (the green line on the map attached to this walkthrough) and your task is to destroy it.

The best idea is to use dynamite to destroy the tank

Just like in the case of the tank that you had to destroy in the third mission of the campaign, the most effective here is dynamite. Throw dynamite onto the main road and wait for the tank to arrive. Aim, then, your sniper rifle at dynamite.

Note - If for some reason, you do not have dynamite on you, you can try doing that, using landmines or the Panzerschreck RPG, although one attack may not be sufficient to destroy the tank, then.
