How to unlock abilities?
To unlock abilities, you need two things. The ability points for which you will be able to purchase new abilities (those with a padlock - see above) SHD Tech points that are needed to unlock upgrades and improvements of abilities (as well as perks). The whole procedure of unlocking can be initiated at the Quartermaster in the White House. He is located at the entrance to the building.
What skills to unlock for starters?
To get started, unlock skills that will help you in battle (increased damage) - Seeker Mines, the drone and the turret are also pretty good, and, additionally, distract the enemies (chasing them or covering your flanks). If you don't feel strong enough or you're playing with friends, you can sacrifice one ability point to a skill that will save you in emergency situations such as the Chem Launcher, or Hive.
