Similarly, to the first installment, The Division 2 also offers item sets. Those work similarly to sets seen in hack 'n' slash games - every set is built from a certain number of items, while every next item from the set has an additional effect onto its wearer. This chapter contains a list of all available item sets.
How sets work
As was mentioned in the introduction, item sets work the same way as sets seen in hack 'n' slash games. Each set is built from a few items, and wearing every new item gives you special bonuses. This mechanic involves a few rules, such as:
- You need to wear a certain number of items from the given set. To get all bonuses, you need to have a complete set equipped. Interestingly enough, sets offer bonuses from each worn item, not at least two items as can be seen in most games.
- Higher the number of items required to activate the given bonus, the more valuable the bonus will be.
- The character can have items from various sets, activating bonuses from each set.
