Soon, you will be transferred back to The Clock Tower. After you have completed all of the standard actions, go to the upper floor and watch a cutscene that informs you of the necessity to meet up with Basso again. Exit the tower [Stonemarket - Clock Tower Plaza] and go South. Since the entrance to the building in the Black alley [Stonemarket - Black Alley] is at the path located at the bottom, you will have to jump down several times, sooner or later. (always check for nearby guards!). Listen to the conversation with Basso and Orion, who Garrett receives the next assignment from.

Note - before you take to the mission concerning the examination of Erin's hideout in the South Quarter district, it would be a good idea to perform several other activities in the first place. I recommend that you meet up with Basso at the Crippled Burrick tavern [Stonemarket - The Crippled Burrick], because he will have seven new side missions for you. Apart from that, it would be good, if you met up with the merchant at the tavern, and purchase a Razor from him as well as the Wirecutter. Both of these gadgets will come in handy, both in the main and in the side missions.
