After you access the [South Quarter / Riverside - Baron's Way North] go South. You can, at first, move in a straight line, or take a slight turn to the West straight away. In this latter case, however, this assumes that you encounter a single guard. Of course, avoid coming into contact with any enemies staying at the South Quarters, and especially the ones that carry torches. Go South and stop only after you reach a big balcony shown in the above screenshot, where there is an opponent with a crossbow (occasionally, there also appears another guard here). Wait for him to go left and hop, quickly, over the Southern balustrade. After that, go West, take the narrow path between the buildings and force the window, along your way, open.
After you go through the window, you will access the [South Quarter / Riverside - Riverside Rooftops]. Jump down to a lower level, for a moment, and locate the place where you can climb to the ledge to the West. After you do that, walk through the open window on the right, cross the small empty room and reach the horizontal wooden beams above the street level. Walk, carefully, over the beams, jump towards the rooftop and proceed to the South.
Carefully, approach the location, where there is a single guard with a crossbow [South Quarter / Riverside - Skinmarket]. Wait for that person to stop to Garrett's left, jump down quickly and Swoop quickly to leave this location as quickly as possible, without being spotted. Jump down, again, to the lower level and walk away from the enemy outpost.
Take a turn to the right, immediately, and approach the crates suspended down from the crane. Ignore the crates and jump down, carefully, to the lower level thanks to which you will end up in water. Go South here, while keeping to the wall of the Eastern building. Climb onto the crate and jump over the balustrade. Walk around the civilian leaning against the balustrade, and continue to the South [South Quarter / Riverside - Eel's End]. Your destination has been shown in the above screenshot - you need to reach a small boat and climb onto the ledge on the right.
