Mabe Village
#1 Inside a well above the library.
#2 Available in the Trendy Game.
#3 Available in the Trendy Game, after winning enough prizes.
#4 Inside a small fish in the fishing mini-game.
#5 Inside a medium fish in the fishing mini-game.
#6 Available in shop for 200 rupees.
Mysterious Forest
#7 In the cave near the northwest exit of the forest. Power Bracelet is required.
#8 In the cave in the northern edge of the forest. Hookshot is required.
Koholint Prairie
#9 Right at the southeast exit from Mysterious Forest. Rock's Feather is required to jump over the holes.
#10 In the cave near the Witch's Hut on the east and a single tombstone on the west. Jump diagonally to get to the small piece of floor and then jump up. You can also remove the cracked stone in front of the stairs with a bomb and use the Hookshot to get to the small piece of floor.
Ukuku Prairie
#11 In the cave just to the right of the exit of Mabe Village. Move stones and smash skulls to get to the Heart.
#12 In the cave in the southeast from the Fast Travel Point on the Ukuku Prairie. The entrance to the cave should be smashed with a bomb. Pegasus Boots are required to destroy the crystal inside the cave.
Pothole Field
#13 In the pothole field behind Richard's Mansion (access to the field will be possible after completing the mission with golden leaves). Pegasus Boots required to take a long jump.
Tabahl Wasteland
#14 In the north of Tabahl Wasteland, the area with the dead trees.
#15 Received from Dampe after completing his fourth challenge - Fill Up Your Hearts.
#16 Received from Dampe after completing the Passageway Central chamber.
Animal Village
#17 In the cave above the Animal Village. Hookshot required to move around the cave.
#18 Above the Animal Village.
Martha's Bay
#19 Go down the stairs hidden in the field with plants on the south side of Martha's Bay. Pegasus Boots are required to take a long jump over the holes, and Flippers to dive into the deep water.
#20 In the water near the Mermaid Statue. Flippers required.
Kanalet Castle
#21 In the deepwater of the secret passage. One of the entrances is south from the Seashell Mansion.
#22 Received in the Seashell Mansion for five collected shells.
#23 Under water in the moat near the bridge of the Kanalet Castle.
Tal Tal Heights
#24 In the cave to the east from the Angler's Tunnel. Flippers required.
Rapids Ride
#25 During the Rapid Ride, use a Hookshot to get to the islet in the northwest.
#26 After a Raft Ride take the raft to the left and walk up to the cave. Hookshot required to get to the Heart.
#27 Finish the Rapid Race in under 40 seconds.
Yarna Desert
#28 After falling into the quicksand in the north of the Yarna Desert smash a cracked piece of wall to get to the Heart.
Tal Tal Mountain Range
#29 In the cave to the left of the Henhouse. To get to the heart, look for walls that you can smash with bombs.
#30 In the cave on the right from the stairs to the Wind Fish's Egg.
Mt. Tamaranch
#31 On the left side from Mt. Tamaranch.
#32 Accessible only through the Turtle Rock.
