On this page of the Outriders game guide you will find a walkthrough of the Timeworn Spire expedition, along with tips that may come in handy while completing this mission.
First gate
Once the Timeworn Spire Expedition starts, you must make your way to the gate to continue the mission. Along the way, you will be attacked by numerous enemy troops, including berserkers, regular shooters, and snipers. The main targets, however, are the captains marked with the red skull - some of whom use sniper weapons or have additional Anomaly-related abilities.
Second gate
Beyond the first gate, you will have to face a sizable group of Kang soldiers, but you won't encounter any stronger opponents here.
Before continuing and opening the second gate, stop in front of the stairs and wait until the narrow corridor becomes practically flooded with regular and Alpha Perforo. As soon as you spot the opponents, immediately open fire to eliminate as many targets as possible before they start to attack.
Be on your guard, as being attacked by several Alpha Perforo simultaneously could prove fatal.
Obelisk
During this stage of the Timeworn Spire Expedition, stand in the area marked in blue to charge the obelisk, which will open a passage and allow you to continue the mission. The enemies will attack in waves (there will be 4 waves in total), and the opponents will include the very dangerous Alpha Perforo, which are extremely aggressive and can jump to their targets in a split second, along with the Elite creature Brood Mother.
The Obelisk only recharges when you are within the marked area and if there are no opponents in the center of the area. However, if a group of attacking creatures pushes you outside of the marked area, don't hesitate to move a little further away to save yourself. Once the situation is under control, return to the blue zone.
Temple
Upon entering the temple area, you will be immediately attacked by a large group of Perforo and Alpha Perforo. Keep an eye on the radar, as Alpha Perforo can attack from behind and jump on your hero's back.
Once you clear the first wave of monsters from the area, the elite opponent Brood Duchess will enter the arena, whom you must eliminate as quickly as possible. The Elite monster will be accompanied by lots of smaller enemies, including Alpha Perforo, Stix, Behemoths and Elite Crawlers, so you need to keep an eye on what's going on around your character at all times. Once all of the opponents are defeated, you will be able to open the capsule and claim your prize.
