You can find the Headmasher mission in Ancient Ruins.

The enemy will try to fight at close range - they can poison their projectiles!

Headmasher unfortunately is quite an annoying enemy. He'll fight you in close-combat and poison his bullets. Additionally, he's got armored and regular enemies, as well as one elite creature as backup. Take care of the backup first, and stay put, if possible - the enemy will come to you from the exit of the Ruins, which will take him a longer moment, so you can use this time to hit him from the distance as much as possible. If he tries to use healing, try to interrupt him, either with a melee strike or an appropriate skill. The mission will be completed once you have eliminated everyone - remember to approach the dying enemy afterwards and finish him off with the action key.
