The mission with Bigjaw can be found in the Quarry. The area to track the beast in is next to the flag used for travelling between locations.

Try to fight between the rocks.

This enemy is fairly easy to kill. Use the rocks to keep running from the monster. The beast can charge, and at close distance it uses area attacks. As long as you keep the monster at bay and hit it from a distance, it should go fairly easily. Also, don't forget about the smaller beasts that can shoot at you - they use an ability that can stop you for a few moments, and that's enough for Bigjaw to get you.
