The mission with Oreyard Queen can be found in the Wreckage Zone. The area to track the beast in is next to the flag used for travelling between locations.

Fight the Queen at a distance

She is quite similar to Alpha Perforo - she can charge at you, "shoot" spikes, use an ability that makes her partially absorb the received damage, as well as fight in melee combat and use her one area ability. Try to fight her at a distance. This way, you will be able to easily avoid the area attack and the spikes. Aside from the head, her weak spot is also on the chest, which is fairly easy to destroy. The weakest kinds of monsters will appear from time to time. The Queen is rather easy to defeat.
