This chest is in a tent in the bandit camp. West Hogwarts Valley is the nearest fast travel point.
Collection Chest #2
Chest #2 is in a bandit camp not far from North Feldcroft Floo Flame.
Collection Chest #3
Chest #3 is in a bandit camp west from North Feldcroft Floo Flame.
Collection Chest #4
This chest is in another bandit camp, found nearby the previous one.
Collection Chest #5
To find this chest, visit a bandit camp northwest from Rookwood Castle Floo Flame.
Collection Chest #6 and #7
Chests #6 and #7 are in a bandit camp near Rookwood Castle.
The first chest is in a green tent. The second chest is in the blue tent by the campfire.
Collection Chest #8
This chest is found in Feldcroft. To find it, climb to the second floor of the wooden house shown in the screenshot above. Check the area near the stairs.
Collection Chest #9
Another Feldcroft chest, this time found in a house opposite to the Floo Flame. Look for it on second floor near the stairs.
Collection Chest #10
Third Feldcroft Chest is found behind the house mentioned in Chest #9 - look near the stored firewood.
Collection Chest #11
The final Feldcroft chest is in a small hut behind the fast travel point.
Collection Chest #12
Chest #12 is next to a tent in a bandit camp near Feldcroft.
Collection Chest #13 and #14
Chests #13 and #14 are found in Feldcroft Catacomb. You'll visit this location accompanied by Sebastian Swallow in the course of In the Shadow of Time quest.
Move the box to the small room with Accio. Climb using it and loot the first chest.
Jump down and go through the tunnel to reach the next chamber. Choose the left tunnel.
In the sarcophagus chamber, go through the collapsed tunnel on the right.
Proceed forward until you reach a collapsed bridge. To continue, you need to find some bones and rebuild the bridge with them.
Start by removing the vines from the wall with any fire spell, then use Accio to open the tombs on the left and right sides of the room. Bones will fall out of the tombs - pick them up with Accio and place at the damaged bridge.
Cross the newly created bridge and turn right. The second chest is in the next room.
Pull the handle with Accio to open the door and return to the main chamber.
Collection Chest #15
This chest is found in a bandit camp found southeast from the Feldcroft Catacombs. To be exact, look for it on a platform near wooden boxes and a centaur shield.

Look for this one in a bandit camp right nearby the previous one.
Collection Chest #17
Chest #17 is in a bandit camp not far from Irondale.
Collection Chest #18 and #19
These two chests are found in Moonstone Garden cave. This area is visited during the course of Poppy Sweetling quest - The Centaur and the Stone.
Use Depulso to destroy the wall on the left and continue forward. Go through the next chamber and use Depulso again to unlock the way forward.
In the next chamber, you need to pull the right handles in order to open the door behind which is the first Collection Chest. Pull the handle on the right side of the chest stash, turn around and quickly pull the handle by the door .
Open the remaining stashes and bring the moths to the gate mechanisms. Hit both mechanisms with Depulso a few times and wait for the gate to open. Enter the next room and jump into the water. Swim up to the whirlpool and interact with it .
Emerge from the water, go below the collapsed ceiling and turn left. Now turn right, enter the round room and jump into the water again.
Go straight and enter the tunnel. The second chest is at the end of the corridor.
Collection Chest #20
Chest #20 is in Irondale. Look for a house next to the merchant's booth and open the level 1 lock on the house's door. The chest is by the bed.
Collection Chest #21
Another chest in Irondale - look for a small hut with cauldrons. The chest itself is beind a wooden wall.
Collection Chest #22
Look near the waterfall.
