Visit a QuickChange station to reset the skills. You can find them in many locations where your allies are. One of the stations is on board the Sanctuary spaceship.

Interact with a station to open the menu. Then, select the last option - Respec.

You have to pay credits for resetting skills. The cost depends on how many skill points you spent.
