Use the anti-aircraft guns to take out the enemy helicopters.

The mission resembles the one you've already finished - Abandon Ship. During the cutscene you will learn that the enemy is planning a massive attack on your current headquarters and you will have to fend that attack off. During the mission you will have to protect two containers, located at the feet of the wall.

One or two direct hits and the helicopter will blow up.

As soon as you regain control over Rico, prepare for the first wave of the enemies. Mount one of the anti-aircraft guns located on the wall and use it to get rid of the helicopters closing in on your position. Afterwards, leave the gun and get down on the ground to take out a group of enemies attacking the containers. Remember to refrain from using your special weapons if you're not entire sure that you won't hit the container - your rockets and / or grenades can easily damage or even destroy them. You can also hijack the enemy tank, which will be extremely effective against enemy infantry and helicopters.

The Leech rocket launcher is extremely effective against enemy helicopters.

While on the ground you will have a harder time dealing with the enemy helicopters, but remember about your bread and butter tool - your grappling hook. Use it to link different helicopters to each other, or crash them into the ground like you've done numerous times in the past. The enemies will come in waves and each time a wave ends you will have a short time to catch breath - and replenish your ammo.

Take out the enemy fighter jets with the help of anti-aircraft guns.

After the first few waves are over, enemy fighter jets will enter the area. Get back to the wall and mount the anti-aircraft gun again to quickly get rid of those pesky machines. There will be two jets to destroy, and when you are done another pair will enter the area. Take them out as quickly as possible and then head back to the ground, where a group of enemies will be attacking your containers. When they are dealt with, you will be given an order to get back on the wall.

The Leech has numerous applications.

A cutscene will initiate and during it you will learn that the traitor, Zeno, Is trying to escape the area with a helicopter. One of the rebels will deliver a bike to you - hop onto it and head along the route on the right side to quickly catch up to the traitor. There are several ways of dealing with him - you can either get close to him so that you can grapple to the helicopter, or you can use a special weapon (preferably the Leech) to destroy the vehicle. The choice is yours. When Zeno's helicopter is down, the mission will end.
