Your main objective during this mission is to get into the prison and liberate Annika and Teo's comrades from it. When you regain control over Rico, jump off the mountain and get to the prison building with the help of your wingsuit. Ignore everything around you and jump into the passage in the middle of the complex - replenish your ammo if you need to before venturing deeper underground.
You will have to find two buttons and then hack a terminal to get to the further section of the prison. You must repeat this process three times. It's not that easy though, as every floor you visit will be flooded with stronger and better equipped enemies that you've ever faced. There are numerous snipers and heavily-armored units wielding miniguns here.
The buttons on this floor are located on the sides of the room - when you reach the middle of it (with a tower-like construction), head left and reach the end of the corridor, where you can find the first button. Press it and turn around - the other button is on the opposite side of the room. After pressing both buttons a marker will appear on the screen, leading you to the terminal that must be hacked. Go there, interact with it and go through the newly opened gate on the right side to get to the second floor.
Reach the second gate and wait for it to open. This level should first be cleared off the enemy snipers, that will constantly harass you as you move around the area. Jump on the tower-like construction in the center of the room and take out the enemies located in the corners of the room. Afterwards, head straight ahead and you will soon arrive at the first button, located almost in the middle of the room. Switch it and turn left (while looking at the first button) - behind the tower-like structure you will find the second button. Activate it, find the terminal, hack it and go through the gate.
The third floor is flooded with an enormous amount of heavily-armored enemies - if you have a rocket launcher or a sniper rifle at your disposal, use it to thin the enemy ranks a little before venturing forth. Go straight ahead from the entrance and on the top of the tower-like structure there will be the first button. After pressing it a generator will be exposed. Do it, get to the second button, which can be found to the right of the tower-like construction, press the button and get rid of the second generator. Afterwards, leave the prison through the hatch on the roof.
After emerging on the surface, you must kill all the enemies marked on the screen. If you are using a sniper rifle, stand on top of one of the towers and take the enemies one by one. The Leech rocket launcher is extremely effective here, as it will allow you to take out up to 8 enemies with a single rocket. When the enemies are dealt with, the mission will end.
