When the mission begins, hop into the jet and head towards the marker.

The mission starts with quite a long cutscene, during which you will learn that you have to save Rosa Manuela, or to be more specific the plane carrying here. As soon as the cutscene ends and you regain control over your character, hop into the nearby jet and head towards the marked location.

Destroying enemy jets is incredibly easy, thanks to the homing missiles.

After a short while you will arrive near the plane carrying Rosa, and together with a number of enemy fighter jets will enter the area. As you've probably guessed, you must take them out - use the homing missiles that your jet is equipped with to quickly get rid of them. A thing worth noting is the fact, that missiles may home on the target even if you've fired them without targeting anyone.

Don't fall off - you won't catch up with Rosa's plane if that happens.

When the planes are no more, you will have to get close to the plane carrying Rosa. Approach it from the side and when you are about 100 meters away from the machine a tooltip will appear on the screen, telling you to order Rico to jump on the roof (for PC it's space by default, Y on the Xbox and X on PS4). When you press it, Rico will enter stunt mode, allowing the plane to keep the velocity and course it had before leaving the machine. All you have to do now is to attach yourself into Rosa's plane and take control over it.

Now you just have to safely land on the ground...

There won't be any more enemies during this mission, but you must safely set the plane on the ground. Head towards the marked location, and when you are 300-350 meters away from your destination start decelerating rapidly and decreasing your altitude - it's quite hard to crash the plane, but reducing the velocity and altitude too late / too early may end up badly. Decrease your speed and high and get closer to the ground and after a short while a cutscene ending the mission will appear.
