In Resident Evil Zero HD, there are two extra modes - Leech Hunter and Wesker Mode. Both the modes can be unlocked by finishing the game on any level of difficulty. After watching the final scene, save the game. Select Load option in the main menu and find a save slot named Clear (shown in the screen above).
