Finish exploring the room in which the boss appeared. You will find a green button on the wall. Pressing it will lover a ladder that allows reaching upper floor (M6,19). Search the upper balconies thoroughly - the Motherboard you are looking for can be found in the place shown on the picture.

Now you can return below (M6,18). Start going back and ignore the bypassed door - you will get inside after few minutes. Go back to the small lift, position both characters on it and go to the higher floor (M6,17). Once you reach the area where zombies were previously, find the inactive control panel and position the character with the motherboard in front of it. Open the inventory and use the motherboard.

Walk as Rebecca into the chest

Putting the motherboard inside the panel will activate the gondola - a metal chest used for transporting items. Switch to Rebecca, position yourself near the metal chest, press interaction button and confirm that you want to enter it (Billy cannot join her as he won't fit inside). Wait for the chest to transport Rebecca to a completely new place (M6,20).
