How do I get to the Demolition Site?
You will reach the Demolition Site area just after using a ladder to exit the Sewers. A new confrontation with Nemesis will begin immediately.
Notice of Demolition Delay
The note is located on one of the higher scaffolds of the burning Demolition Site building. You will find it next to the typewriter and this is an area that you explore just before using the yellow ladder leading to the area of a direct duel with Nemesis.
