This page of our guide to LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7 shows all of the additional character tokens in London station, Knockturn Alley, Borgin & Burkes, Café and it's Kitchen. The rest of the collectibles you'll find in the first part.
London station
Select an animal and enter the tube. Go up and collect Dudley (shirt) token.
Find a kiosk in the middle of the platform. Destroy it and you will get Waitress (treats) token.
Go behind the kiosk and you will find a yellow item on the ceiling. Destroy it. You will get Muggle Orphan token.
Knockturn Alley
Find cages next to Borgin & Berkes. Destroy them and you will find Slytherin Twin #1 token.
There are cages with spiders halfway across the street. Destroy them and you will get Slytherin Twin #2 token.
Use dark magic on the pipe near the exit from the street and you will release it. Then we use magic on it to turn the pipe towards the drain. You will get Pius Thicknesse token.
Find cages near Borgin & Berkes and destroy them. You will get Sirius (Azkaban) token.
Borgin & Burkes
Use black magic on the chest to make bricks fall out of it. Build a dancing skeleton. When we destroy it, you will get Mrs. Black token.
There is an aquarium on the left, fill it with water. After that, we shoot it three times - you will get Narcissas Malfoy token.
Cafe
Find a black cup and teapot on the left. Use black magic to pour a drink - you will get Thorfin Rowle token.
Set the clock hanging on the right wall and you will get Petunia (green coat) token.
Use chalk to draw on the board on the left. When you finish, you will get Petunia Dursley token.
Find a locker on the left and open it with black magic. You will get brushes. Clean three tables and you will get Dolokhov (worker) token.
You get Dudley Dursley by serving a customer service. Go to the kitchen and place coffee and chicken on the green tray.
Kitchen (Cafe)
Use magic to wash the dishes and then put them on the shelf. You will get Vernon Dursley token.
Mrs. Cole token is at the end of the kitchen, behind the container.
