This page of the guide to LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7 shows all of the characters tokens in Great Hall, Right Wing, Astronomical tower and Entrance Hall.
Great Hall
Enter the hall and go to the right. You will find a bookcase. Solve the puzzle - three levitating candles will pop out of it. Knock them down to receive Penelope Clearwater token.
Find a bowl of fruit standing on the table, opposite the fireplace. Hit the bowl to get Fat Friar token.
Find rolled tapestries hidden behind the professors' tables. Unfold the Slytherin tapestry to receive The Bloody Baron token.
Right wing
Dried flowers hang on the arcs. Use Aguamenti to water them. When they grow, destroy them. Do this four times to receive Rita Skeeter token.
Astronomical tower
Find a red globe on the left. Use Diffindo on it and then cut the globe in half. You will get Grindelwald (old) token.
Go to the back of the tower and find a cabinet. Select Hermione (this token requires the ability to solve book puzzles) and open the cabinet. You will get Grindelwald (young) token.
Find a yellow telescope on the left. Shoot it to receive Antoin Dolohov token.
Select a character with a key and open the safe. A few bricks will fall out of it. Use WL spell on them. The bricks will make a lamp. Use the Deluminator to remove the light from it. On the left, we will find a portrait. Release the light next to it, and you will get Professor McGonagall token.
Entrance Hall
Use a Weasley box to get Sticky Trainers and then climb up the colored wall. There you will find a chest with a silver lock. Open it to obtain Ron (green shirt) token.
The token is in the upper right corner of the room, behind the statue. This will be Dean Thomas token.
