This page of the guide to LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7 shows all of the additional character tokens in Hogwarts.
The main gate
Find the orange handle just behind the school gate. Use a strong character to get James Potter (young) token.
Halfway down the road you will find a digging spot. Dig out bricks and build stairs. Climb them to the rock and collect Luna Lovegood token.
Luna (blue jumper) is in the tree trunk, found immediately after entering the forest; just move the branches.
Go all the way to the left to reach the overturned trunk, jump from the edge to the location below and find a digging spot. You will get Padma Patil token.
Thestral forest
Go all the way to the left and find a rock that can only be moved with black magic. Inside, you will find a small rock. Jump on it - rocks will protrude out of the water. Katie Bell token is at the top.
The road to Hogsmeade
Find barrels with a silver lock, use Reducto spell on them and save a student. After that, destroy the barrel to get Michael Corner token.
Find a basket on the road, it is located in front of a postal owl. Destroy it to get Fred (winter) token.
Find frozen trees located right before the village entrance. Shake off the ice and then destroy the trees to unlock George (winter) token.
Hogsmeade village
There are seven icicles at the entrance to the Three Broomsticks pub. Destroy all of them to get Harry (winter) token.
There are two piles of snow in the center, you can dig in them. Use a character with the ability to dig - the left pile has Dean (winter) token. The one on the right has Seamus (winter) token.
Jump on the safe on the left side of the village and you will receive Marietta Edgecombe token.
Exit the Three Broomsticks pub and follow the path to the left. At the end of the road, you will find a cart. Destroy it to get Parvati Patil token.
The dormitories corridor
Open the locker located to the left of the entrance to the Hufflepuff room and you will get Ron (blue pajamas) token.
Destroy two banners hanging next to the picture of the Fat lady. Use the bricks to build two armors. Destroy them with Lumos spell and then light the torches. You will get Fat Lady token.
Go to the entrance to the Slytherin Dorm and use black magic to destroy the object hanging above the entrance. Build a pink platform from bricks and use the purse. Use the battering ram to destroy the door. Get Blaise Zabini token hidden behind it.
