The goal in the Find the armoured gloves quest in Disco Elysium is to find the gloves that are part of the Fairweather T-500 ceramic armor.
You can get the quest from Cindy the SKULL when you talk to her about the ceramic armour set, after saying to Call Me Manana that you will find all armour pieces (Find all armour pieces objective).
You can get the gloves only during the 3rd day of the investigation, after closing the floodgate (Close the water lock on Wednesday objective). Go to the coast and enter the building presented in the image above.
Inside, you will meet a little girl named Lily. Be nice to her and ask about the armored gloves. You will learn that the little girl has hidden the gloves in a sandcastle she built behind the house.
Go to the indicated place and search the ruined sandcastle. You will find Fairweather T-500 Gauntlets.
