Booty Calls is the sixth level available in Crash Bandicoot 4. On this page, you will find information about all gems, chests, secret levels. It also contains a detailed walkthrough.
Secret tape
The adventure on this map must begin with an important information. Here you will find a secret tape that will unlock access to a retro level.
Remember, the only way to get the tape is if you haven't died even once. Additionally, you have to complete the map in order for the tape to be added to your inventory.
You'll find the tape right after the first checkpoint. Just run into it to get it.
Gems
There are 6 gems on Booty Calls.
You can get gems for:
- Getting 40% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
- Getting 60% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
- Getting 80% of all Wumpa fruits available on the map;
- Getting all 173 boxes;
- Completing the entire map while dying less than 3 times;
- Finding the hidden gem.
Number of boxes
There are 173 boxes on Booty Calls.
Level description
Let's start with something simple. At the beginning of the level, you have to jump between platforms while avoiding enemy's sabres.
As you move on, you'll see some inferno boxes. Remember that you have to hit them at the right moment or you'll lose your life.
After getting past your opponents, you have to jump on a rope that will take you to the second part of the location. It's a pretty long road that requires you to focus. Avoid obstacles, jump at the right times, or dodge to avoid enemy attacks.
When you find yourself on the other side, another part of the map awaits you.
After proceeding, try to get rid of the opponents and move to the right side of the location. This road is much easier because you won't encounter any opponents there. But you have to be smart and patient.
To proceed you can choose one of two paths. If you're feeling confident in the long jump, we suggest the path on the right. You just have to perform two high jumps and then get back on the main course. That way you get to the next part of the map.
Once you're behind the huge door, everything should be easy. All you have to do is avoid your opponents and you'll be on the finish line.
Hidden gem
The hidden gem is locked in a box. You'll find it on the right, in the castle. You can jump to it from the bottom or you can just drop down from the ledge.
All you have to do is hit the box once, and the secret content will drop.
Secret level
The entrance to the secret level is located on the other side of the water. All you have to do is enter the castle, and you'll discover a passage on the left.
In this bonus level you can get 22 boxes. You have to watch out for TNT and strong boxes.
Remember, you don't lose lives on bonus levels!
