How to unlock: Complete the No Honor Amongst Thebes mission.

You start this mission with an investigation at the Auction. Get rid of all your opponents. Check the relic (a half of an apple), the bodies of soldiers, the body of a slave and hay on the pier. If you discover all the fragments, Bayek will put their story together.

After completing your investigation, you must go to the Temple of Hatshepsut. Once there, try to knock out all the soldiers quietly. There are many cages inside. At the end of the second room there is a cage with the slave you're looking for.

After talking to him, you must go to the thief to recover the relic. It's Sutekh. He will give you the relict. You must take it to the tomb.

When you enter the tomb, you have to proceed straight ahead all the time. There are no divergent ways. You will reach the entrance to the afterlife. Enter.

There are four opponents waiting for you there. Kill them. Then run straight up and reach the palace.

One more investigation is waiting for you there. Kill all enemies that stand in your way. You have to talk to three men. Each of them will give you a mission. To proceed on to the next mission, you have to finish all of them.

When you have completed all three missions, you must put the relic into the missing place on the throne. Nefertiti will appear. You have to kill her. She is level 48.
