How to unlock: Right after completing Ambush At Sea.

Speak with Cleopatra in her palace. She takes you to a man that can give you information about The Jackal. After that you must speak with a brothel owner. Pay her and she will direct you to twins. From them you learn that you must go to Venator's room. Run an investigation and learn about his plans.

You must examine: a head pierced with arrows located at the bottom near the door, jugs that lies next to another door and a bowl. Besides that, you must destroy a vase that stands near the door. Watch out, you will be attacked by a snake. Kill it quickly and then pick up the last fragment of the riddle.

You must now kill 3 people: an archer, a lighthouse keeper and a spy. They are in the same location but in different places. Use Senu to find your targets. You should assassinate them without being detected. After that you must go back to Cleopatra. Aya waits for you there. You must kill a few soldiers and when you do that Venator will appear. You must kill them all with a melee weapon. Because of that you should buy a few "Warrior" abilities. Then, you must go with Aya to a crime scene. Go with her on boat and then ride a horse. Cleopatra will also appear in that place. The mission will end after a cut-scene.
