There are many different collectibles in Agony; you can collect figurines, paintings, statuettes, forbidden fruits, angels, letters and notes. Some of these items are distributed randomly over the hellish areas in Agony, others have their permanent locations. On this page we have described all in-game collectibles - their location and how to collect them. Additionally, we've described how to gain and spend knowledge points.

What benefits the collectibles may give you?

Most of collectibles that you will find in the Agony has no direct influence on the game. Only angels and forbidden fruits have an impact on the gameplay. Forbidden fruits are described on a separate page of this guide. In addition, you will find information on whereabouts of each item. Collectibles in Agony supplement the plot and give you knowledge points. These allow you to purchase all the items from the menu. However, you cannot select and purchase the 'locked content' items. Prices vary from 10 for a basic figurine up to even 100 points for a Succubus figurine.

Letters and notes

You can find letters and notes while exploring hell as a Martyr and Succubus. Such items complement the story in Agony. Letters and notes are arranged on different shelves and tables. There are about 10 letters and 10 notes on every level. Each of them is highlighted in violet so they're rather easy to notice. All of these items can be bought for about 20 knowledge points.

Figurines

There are a lot of statues in Agony, on each level you can find about 100 figurines. You can look for the statues by traversing hell as a Martyr and as a Succubus. The color of the figurine depends on the level, at the very beginning you will collect golden figures, at the very end you will collect black ones. However, regardless of the color, each figure shines. This helps to locate the statues.

You will find a large number of statues in the chambers. The chambers are arranged in different places on each level. You will find information about the chambers at the bottom of this page.

Chambers

In Agony you will find several types of chambers. You can find gold, red or ordinary chambers. In order to get to them you have to either enter the gap or open the gate. The gate can only be opened while being a Succubus. In the chambers you will find various collectibles in large quantities. The less frequent the chamber is, the more loot it stores.

Paintings

Paintings in Agony have two uses. Some of them are simple collectibles, and others are used to open passageways. The paintings are placed in different places, but they are often at your sight. On each level you will find about 10 paintings, you can look for them both as a Martyr and as a Succubus.

Angels

Angels in Agony must be found to unlock the new ending, but they cannot be collected. They are also not counted on the level results. However, we have prepared a list of angels with their exact locations to make it easier for you to unlock the alternate ending of the game.

You will find the first angel in the first location. Immediately after completing the task in the Spider Cave you have to turn left and go straight to the end of the road. There, on the right, an angel lies between the rocks. His wings shine brightly, so you will definitely notice him.

You will find a second angel in The Floating Forest. In the second stage you will find yourself in a location called the Blood Falls. You have to take the path to the left straight away. You will see a ghost there, if you enter him for a moment you will see the world in different colors - it has no influence on the game. This path will take you to the chapel. You have to pass it and turn right. There you have to go straight to the end of the road. After that, you will get to the stairs, go upstairs, there is an angel waiting for you

You will find the third angel in the third location. It is located at the very end of the path in the Ishtare Temple. Just jump down on it and turn right. There, behind the purple flame, you will find an angel.

You will find the last angel in the last location. When you run into the pink wall, the portal will take you to the next place. There you have to leave your body and enter/possess the devil. Use it to break the gates and branches in the room. Be careful not to kill martyrs walking around the room. After breaking all the passages, leave the body of the devil and take over a martyr. Enter the passage you opened with the devil. You get to the next location. Then, hold close to the left wall. You have to enter the second path on the left. From there turn right immediately. You will see a shining chapel and an angel in it.
