The third region in Agony is covered in ice - this means that you can freeze to death during your exploration. You will find a lot of locked locks and new monsters. This region is much more challenging than the previous ones.
The first gate
The beginning of the third level of Agony consists of 3 gates. Open all of them to move the story. You can do that by drawing correct Sigils. However, you won't find these symbols on the nearby walls. Solve a puzzle to open the gates.
Turn around - there is a hole in front of you. Go down. Turn left to see a person crucified on the door as well as levitating human body parts. Approach them, take the head and place it on the human's neck. This is the first piece of the puzzle. You need to collect two arms and two feet.
One hand can be found by moving straight from the levitating body parts. You come across a piece of ice with a hand protruding out of it. One foot can be found by turning right and avoiding a devil. The body part lies on the wall next to the enemy.
The second hand is thrusted into a giant heap of various body parts. This place isn't hard to notice, you can see it from every spot in the cave. Simply approach and take the body part.
The second feet can be found lying among corpses (the part of the cave covered in ice). Remember to not stay here for too long because your character can start freezing. This can lead to death.
Place the body parts in the right places to open the door. Behind it you can find a Sigil sign and a few figurines. Remember the sign and quickly go to the gate. You can find it on the other side of the cave. Watch out, a demon is revolving around that spot.
The second gate
Go through the first gate to reach another cave. This location is called The Frozen Fire. This one isn't covered in ice. Instead, it consists of a huge tank of blood. Swim to another door. There, you must jump into water again and swim into the tunnel on the right. A Sigil sign can be found at the end of it. Remember it and then draw on the door. Thanks to that you will be able to proceed to another location called The Great Ride.
The third gate
The gate in The Great Ride requires 2 hearts that must be placed on the scale. The hearts are in ice shards placed around the room. Take a torch and break the ice to collect the hearts. Take them to the scale located on the left side of the table.
Place the hearts one the scale to open the door located next to it. Inside, you can find a Sigil sign. Remember it and go back to the previous room. Draw the sign on the mirror next to the table.
The Ishtar Gate
You are outside. A bridge will form in front of you. Cross it to reach the other side of the mountain. There, you can find a door, pictures and a checkpoint to save your progress.
A bridge is also on the other side of the mountain. Cross it in the right moment - shortly after it starts to burn. Do that in the wrong moment and your character will freeze to death.
Cross the bridge and turn left. You are in a cave with a devil. The enemy will start to chase you. Hide in the creak on your left. Pick up a torch and burn the branches. If it takes more than 30 seconds, the devil will break the ice and kill you.
Follow the path and climb the ice up. Leave your current body and enter the devil that is attacking you. After that another monster will attack this devil. Thanks to that you can get rid of two enemies. Go back to your body and move forward.
Keep going straight until you reach a cave. 3 more enemies stand on your way: a demon, a devil and a spider. Avoid the spider. If it attacks you, the devil and the demon will notice you and kill.
The Fallen Kingdom and The Ishtar Temple
Enter the cave. You are now in a location called The Fallen Kingdom. You have to reach the bottom of the cave. There is a tree on the left - you can walk on it. Keep moving until you reach a path made out of branches. Go straight and then turn left when you reach the first fork. After that you have to reach the very bottom.
You reach stone stairs covered in ice. Be very careful because your character can slide down. There is another path at the top - this one is roamed by fire ghosts. Be careful, they can push you from the path - your character will die automatically.
Reach a purple fire at the top. Thanks to it you can leave your body and go up (this allows you to avoid demons). Capture a fire monster and break the ice wall. Enter another Martyr to complete the third level.
