Power Relay | Available facilities XCOM 2 Guide

Power Relay is basically used to power up your operations on the Avenger ship, allowing you to construct more facilities, making this one of the most important buildings in the game, which should be constructed as quickly as possible, as power shortage can severely hinder your development.

The thing you should remember about is the possibility of placing the Power Relay in a room with an Exposed Power Coil - thanks to that, the facility will be able to provide 7 points of power for free.
