The next part of this chapter starts right after the metro ride - you will appear on the surface in Manhattan, where you are supposed to get to the State Building.

Reach the State Building

If possible, eliminate the enemy silently.

1. As soon as you regain control of your character, head north of the starting point. Smash the crates on the street to collect ammo and enter the building.
2. There is an enemy here - eliminate him silently, not to alarm the nearby Commander. After the enemy dies, collect the map in the corner (by the light source).
3. Clear this level of items and collectibles (they have been discussed in detail in chapter "Collectibles"), then climb up two flights of stairs.

Enemies are walking above you and are oblivious to your presence.

1. There is another enemy here - let him go away from the stairs and wait for him to stop. Then kill him.
2. Above, there are several new opponents, including a Commander. Try to eliminate the officer before you attack anyone else. The most important thing is to prevent him from activating the alarm.
3. Once you have eliminated all enemies, clear the area and head up, to the top floor of the building. Save the game, because there is a difficult opponent here, and jump into the street level.

Fighting Zitadele requires heavy laser gun - Lasergewehr.

1. Once you land on the ground, run into the building on the left, because there will appear Zitadelle, a huge robot with mortar (for long-range attacks) and a flamethrower (for short distances), at the end of the street. Fighting in the open means certain death.
2. While in the building, wait for the enemy to walk away and dash into the next structure. There, on one of the pieces of furniture, there is a Lasergewehr - this will make things easier against the robot.
3. Wait for the enemy to walk away again, leave the building and fire at one of its hands. After several seconds of continuous fire, the arm will fall off. Hide in the building and lean out again to attack the other arm - once you have destroyed this one, the robot will drop to the ground.

Enter State Building

Here, it is pointless to fight silently because the alarm has already been raised.

1. After the fight with Zitadelle, collect the items on the ground and head north, towards the marker. Climb up the stairs.
2. Clear the first part of the building and make it over to the next one, by jumping over the chasm. Here, you will find some opponents, including a Commander - since the alarm has already been raised, after you have started fighting with Zitadelle, there is no point in being stealthy here.

Reach the Penthouse

The fight with SuperSoldat is quite easy, thanks to the numerous covers here.

1. Clear the areas of enemies and come close to the marked lift shaft,. There, you will be fighting another SuperSoldat - use the numerous obstacles and deal with him quickly.
2. All of the enemies are dead, so all you have to do is open the lift door and interact with the ladder. This will start a long cutscene and end this stage - this is your last chance to collect all the items.
