You find this text in the same location as the previous one (#34) - this time it is a postcard and it is in the corner of the room. To get there, jump over the piece of furniture.
Gold #1 - B.J. in Wheelchair
You find this item Northwards of the spot where you resurface - the item is in the water, next to the partially-sunken container.

It is impossible to miss the map in this location - you will find it while following the only path (before you reach the first two Commanders).
Gold #2 - Caroline
You find the next gold right after you resurface - the item is in the container Westwards of the location of text #1.
