The Perrin Sequence is in good standing with New Loka - +50% to New Loka reputation when completing missions for The Perrin Sequence. The Perrin Sequence does not like Arbiters of Hexis - 50% of each The Perrin Sequence rep gain is deducted from the Arbiters of Hexis reputation bar, and hates (Steel Meridian) - 100% of each The Perrin Sequence rep gain is deducted from Steel Meridian reputation bar.

Rewards
The Perrin Sequence offers mods for following weapons: Acrid, Grinlok, Spectra, Lanka. Each weapon mod has an additional effect known as "Sequence" When charged with the right amount of experience, "Sequence" causes an explosion that hurt targets found in 25-metre radius and deals 1 000 radiation damage (placing a status on your opponents). Moreover, the spell will restore 25% of your shield and give you 50% of your base shields for 30 seconds.
The syndicate also offers dedicated mods for following Warframes: Banshee, Chroma, Inaros, Ivara, Mag, Nekros, Rhino, Trinity, Valkyr, Vauban.
