The first treasure is located inside the cargo railcar, just behind the coal depot (not far from the beginning of the chapter). To get it, you'll have to hang on the edge and jump inside.

The second treasure was hidden inside the train car, which is closed. To get inside it, you'll have to shoot a padlock. The desired item is at the end of the wagon.
