The old lady needs medicine for her sick children - unfortunately her home has burnt down. You will decide to help her. Head to the site of the fire (M7:11), where you will come across some bandits. You will learn that the woman is receiving medicine in exchange for sexual services. Talk with the bandits' boss.

Solution 1

You can teach them some respect to women by killing all of them. Afterwards search the chest (in front of which the bandits' boss was standing) and take the Uncommon medicine to Charen (M7:10).

Solution 2

You can discuss with them - go talk with Charen (M7:10). You will find her beaten, all because she has sent you for the medicine. Return to the site of fire (M7:11) and kill all the bandits. Search the chest (in front of which the bandits' boss was standing) and take the Uncommon medicine to Charen (M7:10).
