This chapters begins in a dungeon and your goal is to escape from it - it's a quest called Q2.23. Prison Break. It'll guide you through the dungeon and into the sewers. Just after leaving the sewers, go visit Jethro to get back your equipment (M8.23) - you won't be much of a Witcher without your sword.
