In this series of quests that start in Mutant valley you will have to speak to the faction leaders and gain their approval. Additionally you must gain approval of people by completing simple actions. Completing all quests of this group is required to unlock the next quest in the Finding Earth section.

Find your allies

Reward for completing the quest: 2000 EXP

How to unlock: by completing the A guide for a young nation) main quest

Tasks:

  • The mutants
  • Ask Melvin Macer for help from the technomancers
  • Ask Eliza Major for help from the army
  • Ask Dandolo for help from Noctis
  • Ask Anton Rogue for help from the Vory
  • Return to Mutant Valley

In the next task you must find at least three allies for the fight with Viktor's army. This means you will have to speak to faction leaders. The mutants will join you automatically thanks to your reputation, Melvin and a group of technomancers should also easily join you, especially if you become their leader (you completed A new Great Master quest).

If you successfully completed most of the quests, you shouldn't have trouble with gaining support of Dandolo. But if you have low reputation at the Army or at the Vory, then you might not be able to convince them to join the fight. It is worth adding that you can select only one of these two groups because they won't want to cooperate. However, this won't make any difference. What allies you select will determine what achievements will be unlocked (each ally equals one achievement - check Achievements chapter).

The people's assembly

How to unlock: after completing the Find your allies main quest

Tasks:

  • Obtain enough support in the people's assembly
  • Meet the member of the assembly

Important - officially the quest requires you to complete at least five quests from the list below. However, it can be completed earlier, when in step two you go to the member of the assembly. If you do it, you won't be able to complete the remaining objectives, even if you're in the middle of them. Complete the sub quests and go to the man only after that.

This quest groups subquests required for you to be able to contact member of the assembly. You will find the man in the Slums, next to the Curiosity bar. The conversation with him doesn't matter, similarly as trying to bribe him or using Charisma - each option will lead to the same outcome.

The General's evidence

Reward for completing the quest: +2 rep. Army, 2000 EXP

How to unlock: by completing the Find your allies main quest

Tasks:

  • Confirm the death of the Aurora Dowser with an ally
  • Go to Aurora's shadow path at the start of the evening
  • Find a way to stop the train
  • Take the Aurora messenger's tablet
  • Give Eliza Major the evidence so she can give it to the General

Speak with Malvin. You will have to go to the Aurora's shadow path. Once you get there, go down the ladder to the building with the button that will stop the train. Go back up and speak to technomancers who left the train. If the conversation with the use of Charisma fails, you will have to beat them up. If you decided to fight, search the body of the leader of the group in order to collect tablet. Finally go to Eliza Major and give her the data. The quest will end.

Divine disapproval

Tasks:

  • Find allies to prepare the deception
  • Get the relics from the fake ASC agents
  • Give the relics to the clergy's representative to the assembly

In this quest you must first go speak with Dandol. Then you will have to go to Slums where you will find hostile agent with artifacts. He will accompanied by two other enemies before the bar. Search the bodies after taking care of them. Take the artifacts and deliver them to the assembly. There you will find contact to whom you must give the artifacts in order to complete the quest.

Mr. Watcher's shady affairs

Reward for completing the quest: +3 rep. Army, +1 rep. Noctis, 2000 EXP

How to unlock: by completing the Find your allies main quest

Tasks:

  • Get information about blackmail from the Black Dahlias
  • Get the pimp's tablet
  • Give the pimp's tablet to Captain Eliza Major

You can obtain the next tablet in the Slums. Speak with Mara, the leader of the gang. She will point you to the pimp hiding in one of the buildings in the Exchange.

Entrance to the building is guarded by a few guards, but inside the building you will only find the pimp. Knock him out and take the tablet from the desk. Deliver it to Eliza Major in order to complete the quest.

Powder in the wheels

Reward for completing the quest: +1 rep. Mutants, 2000 EXP

How to unlock: by completing the Find your allies main quest

Tasks:

  • Meet the leader of the corralled mutants
  • Obtain a bomb
  • Speak to Amelia about the bomb
  • Convince as many of the mutants as possible to escape
  • Find the informant among the mutants
  • Accompany Amelia to the hangar so she can make a bomb
  • Give the bomb to the leader of the corralled mutants
  • Start the escape

In this quest you must go to the Slums, to the mutants warehouse. In one of the cells you will find the leader who will give you new tasks. First speak to the mutants in order to find the traitor and convince them to escape. You shouldn't have any trouble with that and the two mutants should agree to escape no matter which options you choose. The third one - the one closest to the exit - will be the traitor and you will have to fight him.

In the next step you must speak to Amelia. Go with her to the hangar after the conversation. There you must start another conversation and you will receive a bomb. Deliver it to the mutant leader in the warehouse. After a short conversation the quest will end.

Reserved judgment

Reward for completing the quest: 2000 EXP

How to unlock: by completing the Find your allies main quest. However, you will receive this quest once you get to the Ophir - after leaving the vehicle a man will trigger conversation with you and he will deliver a message that starts the quest.

Tasks:

  • Speak with the important citizen at Curiosity
  • Find the location of the ASC HQ
  • Enter the ASC HQ
  • Find the judge's son
  • Convince the judge's son to go to his father
  • Go back to see Simon Judge, the Chief Justice

Once you reach Ophir, one of the locals will talk to you. He will deliver a message from the questgiver - Simon. You will find him at the bar in Slums. You must break his son from the prison. However, first you must learn where the hidden base is located. In order to do it you must speak with the marked mutant in the warehouse in Slums.

In order to reach the secret base you must go towards the Exchange, as you usually go to the meeting with Eliza. Enter the building, get rid of the guards and enter the base through the pipe in the wall.

Important - during this quest you should collect warm clothes from one of the storage rooms. This will come in handy during the Polar expedition quest. You don't have to do it now, but if you return to this location later, all the enemies will respawn.

You will find Simon's son in that base, on lower floor. You must use persuasion (Charisma) or make him sleep (Science) to make him go with you. The second option can be 100% successful if you tell Scott to do it (of course, only if he is a member of the team). Then go back to Simon.
