After establishing the base, your task will be to build Infirmary to be able to treat Blood Plague. You will need construction materials that you can get by searching the nearby buildings and warehouses. When you collect construction materials, return to the base and deposit them in the storeroom.

Once the building materials have been deposited, you can move on to building Infirmary. You can do this in two ways: from the main menu of the base or by approaching a free space for expansion. The construction will take 6 minutes, so you will have some time to search the area and get supplies. It's also the perfect time to get back to the car. The car will be extremely helpful while performing other missions or while collecting resources for the expansion of the base. When the Infirmary construction is finished, go to the Infirmary menu and select the community member who needs treatment. It will be transferred to Infirmary, where it will wait until the medicine is prepared.
