On the following page of the Spider-Man Miles Morales tutorial you will find information about each Roxxon Laboratory in the game. You will learn how to get to the enemy base and where the hidden Underground caches are located. Tasks necessary to unlock the side mission - Matter up.
For destroying each Roxxon Laboratory, Miles will receive 1000 XP, 3 Tech parts, 4 Tokens, and additional tokens for bonus tasks. You can leave the mission at any time, start from the beginning or go back to the last checkpoint. There is one Underground cache in each of them, you have to find it before entering the main laboratory hall.
Hell's Kitchen
When you reach the site, scan the area. Pull the left sprocket (L1 R1) and quickly fire from the web launcher to lock the gate. Jump into the ventilation shaft and continue forward, if you run into a windmill on your way, fire a web (R1) in its direction to stop it and move on. From the shaft you will jump into a room with a tampering guard at the generator. Take him down quietly and use your venom to start the generator, then go through the door and jump through the grid into the shaft.
On the way, stop another windmill, turn left and jump through the grid to the room with the boxes.
You will find yourself in a room with the Underground cache. Open it and take its contents. You can also listen to a message recorded on a voice recorder lying on a table near the cache. Return to the shaft and use the grid on the opposite side.
You will find yourself in the Laboratory hall. The room will be full of opponents. Mark everyone with a visor and eliminate one by one or defeat everyone in an open fight. When you have dealt with Roxxon security, neutralize the Nuform reactor.
Jump on the upper railing to get to the office rooms. On the way to the exit you can find interesting information about Simon Krieger on the computer. Follow the marker and leave the lab.
Chinatown
Scan the area upon getting to the desired location. Lock the sprocket on the left to open the gate and walk under the car through a hidden entrance. While in the building, jump first through the grid on the wall, above the door and take the contents of the Underground's cache. On the box next to the computer there is a recorder with another Simon recording. Return to the previous room and use the grid on the floor.
Use the venom abilities on the generator (L1 square) to open the door and clean the hall from Roxxon security guards. Remember that if they raise the alarm, reinforcements will appear, so the fight will become more difficult. After defeating all opponents, neutralize the reactor and jump on the level with the office rooms.
While heading for the exit, on the left you will find a computer with Simon Krieger's recording. Follow the marker to the ventilation shaft and leave the laboratory.
Financial district
Go to the laboratory in the financial district marked on the map. Scan the area and lock the sprocket on the right to open the gate. Enter the building through the shaft.
Turn on the generator (1) by pressing L1 square and connect it with the grid launcher to the bar on the wall (2), then make another connection between the bar (2) and the bar (3) and the bar (4) at the bottom of the stairs. Go back upstairs and walk through the door (5) to take the contents of the Underground's cache and listen to the message on a recorder lying on the cabinet, near the box. Exit the room and take the stairs down to the main laboratory hall.
Beat Roxxon security and neutralize the reactor. Jump into the higher level office and follow the marker towards the exit.
