You begin the last mission right after you defeat Cousin Kyle. Go to the City Hall, and then to Freeman's Tacos.

Now you have to fight the Christmas Woodland Critter. The small bear is the most dangerous, as he can mount an attack covering a large area, which additionally burns your enemies. Your team is joined by Santa Claus, who attacks the enemies standing in front of him with a baseball bat. During this battle, you have to use all the available items (summons, and healing), as it is one of the most difficult fights in the entire game.

Watch out for enemy Craig - his copies are much weaker, however, they effectively block your moves.

Another stage might cause some problems when playing at the highest difficulty level. You have to fight the past versions of your team members (they have different powers, though), and you do not get to choose your allies (they change with each new enemy entering the arena). Remember that you have to defeat the main protagonist's past version to proceed. Also, remember what kind of abilities your allies have - the worst thing you can do is to block them.

The last one of this series of battles includes all the enemies at once. Firstly, target enemy Kyle - his area attack is very effective. Also, watch out for Butters, who can heal his allies. During this battle, your objective (yet again) is to defeat the past version of the New Kid and not all the enemies.

The red shield causes the Coon to take all the damage dealt with Kyle.

The last battle of the game. You opponents are Kyle and the Coon. During this battle, there is going to be a lot of cheating, and the opponents will occasionally attack each other. They will also use some unusual attacks, so you cannot always predict their next move. Should one of them create a red shield around him, either the attacker or the Coon will receive the damage dealt with the opponent. At this stage, Captain Diabetes should endure the enemy attacks, as he also has a Shield.

After you defeat both enemies for the first time, Timmy will call no cheating - now you have to defeat the opponents one more time, this time fair and square. Try to eliminate Kyle first. The last thing you need to do before finishing the game it to show the picture you have taken of the Coon during the previous mission. After finishing the story campaign you are free to go around the city and complete the side quests as well as unlock the remaining achievements.
