During The Muse From Abroad mission, you will reach the town hall. It's time to put together all the information you've already gathered.
You need to pin specific information to get a trace on the man:
- Subjects - Officials;
- Period - British (1800)
- Registry - Occupation
The sought man is, fortunately, in the same building, right at the opposite side. Simply leave the archives and head to the room on the left side of the City Hall.
There is a man sitting alone by his desk, wearing a blue shirt and a green vest, which will help you locate him.
After a short conversation, you need to take a closer look at him. Examine following clues:
- red eyes,
- stubble,
- crumpled clothes,
- marking on the breast,
- a stain on the hand.
Now you have an opportunity to obtain Short Temper achievement. Before you ask any question, hit the man right in the face. This will not affect your relationship, but it will facilitate communication between the characters.
