You will have an unpleasant surprise. Try speaking and then try picking up the knife in the chest on the right side. Then pull the rag hanging behind the chair. You will gain an iron rod. Use it on the long chest on the right side. Once it is open, move your cursor over it. You will see an option to cut the bonds with the saw located inside.
Once you freed your legs, you can walk towards the crane controller (the rag was hanging on its cable). Use it to lower the hook. It will help you free your hands. You will also get the Houdini achievement.
Examine the tracks near the stairs. Take the piece of pipe. Examine the cell under the stairs and the chairs on the right. On the right side there is a chest with a visible hole after a bullet. Examine it. Go back deeper into the hold and check the door with the windlass. Go back to the previous room. Use the stairs to go up. Try opening the door - you will fail. Use the pipe on the door and you will regain your freedom.
Speak to Legrand. You will go to the waiting room while automatically speaking with captain and baroness. In the bar you will be examined by doctor Gerbhardt. Select "five fingers" at the end of the examination.
