You can also examine the newspapers on the right side. The next action is to examine Gebhardt twice, examine his bag and the car behind him.

Station and its useful parts

Use the knife on the box at the edge of the right end of the screen. Use the open box on doctor's bag. Watch the cutscene. Then speak with the nervous conductor and watch another cutscene.
