Below you can find walkthrough for the first of two missions related to murdering Frank Pagani, the man who controls Tickfaw Harbor. This mission becomes available after you take over one of the rackets in this area by completing the story mission "Auto Theft" or "Smuggling".
Important - You don't have to worry that completing this mission will block the possibility to take over the second racket in Tickfaw Harbor. You will be able to do that with no additional obstacles.
Reach the southwestern corner of Tickfaw Harbor and speak to Donovan who is sitting inside the blue van. Start a journey to the place where the Tanager ship is docking - it's the southwestern part of the district. The docks that surround the ship are restricted, forcing you to be careful.
You should sneak up on your way to the ship, but even if you are detected you will still be able to plant the tracking device on Pagani's car. You can enter the enemy territory by using a few methods, for example by climbing on the small garbage container and jumping over the fence shown on the picture.
Gradually move towards Tanager and remember that you don't need to eliminate all the enemies in the port - only the ones standing in your way. You must reach to the bridge shown on picture. It will enable you to enter the ship.
The ship exploration is very linear and during it you will face at least a few gangsters. Due to the limited space, you should eliminate all of them (preferably by using silent takedowns). You must reach the red sports car that belongs to Pagani. Press the interaction button to attach the device received from Donovan to it.
Now all that's left is to leave the docks. If you acted from surprise, you can return the same way you got in. Otherwise you should steal one of the vehicles and escape through the main road (in that case you might need to lose your tail).
Important - If you haven't taken over the second racket in Tickfaw Harbor, you must do it now. If you did it already, you can immediately start the second mission related to Pagani.
