1 � The magazine will be on a bench after you've talked to Donovan as a part of the "Compromised Corruption" story mission.

4 � The magazine is on a stone block in the cemetery.
5 � The magazine is on a counter in the sports club. This location is controlled by enemies by default.
The above map shows the locations where you can find Repent magazines in new Bordeaux in Mafia III. Each point has a short description that helps in determining the precise location of the secret. Once you find a magazine you can check it in the secrets window.
Magazine 1
You can obtain this magazine after starting the story mission "Compromised Corruption" in which you meet with Donovan and plan with him how to take over Downtown. The magazine will be lying on the bench where the meeting took place (as shown on the above picture).
Magazine 2
The magazine is located on the floor of The Bellaire's supermarket and its exact location is shown in the picture above. The supermarket is by default controlled by the racist Southern Union organization and it may be the best option to wait until you visit the supermarket as a result of one of the missions connected to that organization or until you take control over the Southern Union racket. The magazine is positioned near the room where Chester Moreau has/had his main office.
Magazine 3
The magazine is located on the first floor of the brothel, which by default is controlled by the prostitution racket. You can grab the magazine while weakening the mentioned racket or after you have completely taken it over. The exact location of the magazine is shown in the picture above. It is the room, in which Lincoln can kill one of the VIPs.
