Album 16
This album cover can be found in the south-western part of Downtown. However, it is a tricky secret since its icon doesn't appear on the city map even if you wiretap the whole area and reveal all other secrets. Look at our map in order to find it. The above picture presents the precise location of the secret.
Once you reach the marked place, find the ship shown on picture 1 and get on its deck. The album is in the place shown on picture 2 (you can use Intel View to make it easier to find it).
Album 21
This album is a bit harder to find than the others. It's located on the upper balcony, and you won't be able to reach it directly from the place that's marked on the map. Instead, you need to go a bit further North, where the entrance to the balconies is located. Go south, and the secret will be near the corner.
